How do I book an appointment?
Use any BOOK YOUR TATTOO button on the site or click BOOKING in the header menu to submit your tattoo inquiry. I’ll review the details and follow up with you from there.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes I do. If I am not already booked when you walk in, I am happy to discuss your tattoo ideas together.
What is your Minimum? Hourly Rate?
The shop minimum at Aftermath Tattoo Gallery is $100.
My current rate is $170/hr.
This is subject to change as services, skill, and speed improve.
What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit is applied to the final price of the tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, it will be applied to the last session. Please note that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
What is your cancellation policy?
Do you do cover-ups, blast-overs, or touch-ups of old tattoos?
Yes, however it's a case by case basis. I never guarantee that I can help everyone achieve their tattoo dreams, but I will always refer capable friends in the industry if I can't do it.
Can I see a drawing or sketch before my appointment?
No:
I do not provide sketches before your appointment. This protects my work and allows me to create the strongest design possible.
We’ll review the design together on the day of your appointment and make any needed changes. If you’re unsure I’m the right artist to execute your idea, please don’t book.
Do you tattoo minors or pregnant / nursing mothers?
No. If you have any follow up questions please feel free to reach out via email: sinjeezustattoo@gmail.com
Can I bring my children or pet to my appointment?
No. Children and pets are not allowed in the tattoo studio under any circumstance. Please reschedule your appointment if needed.
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
It is important to arrive well-rested, well-fed, well-hydrated, and clean. If you are able to, please shave the area to be tattooed. Please note that if you arrive sunburned or drunk, or don't arrive at all, you will forfeit your appointment and deposit.
What should I wear for my tattoo?
Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area and that you don’t mind getting ink or blood on.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring a guest, especially if having someone there helps you feel comfortable. Space in my booth is limited, though, so they may need to wait in the lobby. Guests may not stand in the hallways due to shop traffic and liability requirements.
What is the temperature in the shop?
Our shop is typically kept at 73 degrees. Feel free to bring a sweatshirt, comfy socks, a blanket, and a pillow. Think sleep-over minus the toothbrush.
Which spots on the body hurt the most?
Pain varies a lot person to person, but ribs, sternum, spine, feet, hands, knees, elbows, armpits, and other bony or sensitive areas tend to be the spiciest. Most placements are very manageable, and we can take breaks whenever needed.
How Long Does it Take to Heal?
Most tattoos are "closed" within 2 weeks, and are fully healed between 4-12 weeks, depending on the amount of skin saturation.
