Shipping policy

We offer shipping to all locations worldwide within reason.

Our shipping rates vary based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers can see the shipping cost before placing an order.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. We will send an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

We use reputable shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, and DHL for all of our deliveries.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.

If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they are protected during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will exchange the item. If the package is claimed lost, stolen, or overall not received by the customer while the shipping company stats the package was delivered. We will required a local police report stating such has happened. Once we receive this official local police report documentation from the customer the package will be reshipped. The shipping companies notifications on the delivery will be the final say in the matter.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and either issue a refund or offer you the option to wait for the item to be back in stock.
